This guided meditation will reconnect you with your authentic Self. Listen to it as often as you need. It is important to heal you inner child. It's been neglected for too long.
Healing your inner child will increase your feelings of worth, self-love and happiness and reduce the internal pressure that causes anxiety.
I know some people avoid meditations as they cannot make their mind become quiet (because I am one of them).
During a guided meditation, your mind is constantly engaged through directed visualisation which makes it easier to remain focussed.
