But this cannot be the end.

It is a new beginning. Of a happier, more balanced, less anxious life.

Because the only true way to eradicate emotional pain, anxiety, irritability and to restore and maintain emotional balance is through self-care.

There is no miracle cure for life-long self-neglect. No wonder diet to undo the damage of decades of suppressed emotions and unresolved trauma. No instant remedy you can buy to eliminate your stress and anxiety.

It's down to you.

You're in charge of your life. You can heal yourself. Because you are so much more capable and powerful than you could ever imagine.

And I know this is scary. But it is also the most wonderful opportunity of your life.

You know what you can do now.

You know that you need to make regular me-time and emotional hygiene part of your daily routine. Work  consistently, persistently, stubbornly on reducing stress and internal pressure.

You need to scrub away the negativity, clean off stress, anxiety and suppressed emotions. Make your energy body sparkle.And be grateful. To the Universe. And also to yourself. You are looking after yourself. Treating yourself with the same love, respect and care you would bestow onto others without hesitation. Saying "no" to self-neglect.And I thank you for letting me be part of your journey. You are not walking this path alone.

I will send you regular emails with tips and hacks how you can improve your life, boost your self-worth and obliterate emotional pain. I will continue to share my own story in the hope that it motivates you, gives you hope and helps you to move forward.
